We provide a personalised complex Healthcare service for adults and children within their own homes and have several roles available for compassionate, caring individuals who wish to begin their journey in the care sector.

Our ideal applicant must be able to demonstrate a genuine desire and interest as to why you wish to work in care and how you feel your current skills and experiences will help to make a difference to our service users lives.

These opportunities offer each successful candidate a structured pathway into care that includes class room based learning, full training that covers basic life support, moving and handling, medication administration and a comprehensive insight to the niche sector of complex care.

The learning then moves from the classroom to the field, where you will meet our service users and work alongside our Registered Nurses and experienced Healthcare Assistants.

Upon successful completion of the initial programme (between 4 “ 8 weeks), you will be assigned a service user where you will be required to work the various shifts that could include both Waking nights & Days.

An essential requirement is that you will enrol and complete a NVQ in Healthcare.

All successful applicants must be available to commence working with us by the 27th September 2021 at the latest.

Essential Requirements:

  • A genuine interest in working in care
  • Committed Individual
  • Driving Licence & Access to a vehicle
  • A desire to complete a certified NVQ
