Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to support our young service user with complex care needs.
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.
Our service user is friendly young boy who lives with his family in Birmingham.
He enjoys arts and crafts, watching Disney Films and children s programs. His favourite is Paw Patrol.
He attends school and you will be supporting him in his education setting throughout the day.
You will assist his family at home, prior to school, with his morning and breakfast routine and then accompany him to and within his educational setting. Here, you will be responsible for tending to any clinical interventions that he may require.
Our ideal candidate will be confident providing care within a school setting and have strong experience within a clinical care capacity. It would be advantageous if you have an awareness of Respiratory conditions and are able to recognize signs of respiratory distress.
Please note, this role is during term time only.
