Job description

Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a new and rewarding role where you can work 1:1 with a patient in their own home?

We are looking for experienced, committed, Registered Nurses to support a child with complex care needs.

Our service user is a young baby who is currently residing in hospital.

We urgently require a Registered Nurse to provide transitional care to facilitate his discharge back to his family.

You will be tending to his personal care and clinical care needs throughout the night, as well as medication administration, careful moving and handling and carrying out regular observations to ensure he is safe and well.

The ideal applicant will hold a valid NMC PIN and have experience in either children's or adults nursing and can evidence hands-on clinical care.

This role will give you great job satisfaction as you use your valuable skills and experience to make a positive impact on our young service users life.

Please note, this is a placement of 12 weeks only

Essential Experience Required

  • Current NMC PIN
  • Clinical Experience

Desirable Experience

  • Tracheostomy Care
  • Gastrostomy Care (PEG Feeding)
  • Ventilation Management
  • Oral Suction

We have the following shifts available;

  • Full Time Nights
  • 8pm - 8am
