Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a new challenge?
Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can work 1:1 with a patient in their own home?
We are looking for experienced, committed, Registered Nurses to support a child with complex and clinical care needs.
Our service user is a very active toddler who enjoys engaging in playtime activities with her sister. They have a very close bond and so it is important that both are included in activities such as pretend play, watching Peppa Pig, playing with playdoh and toys; her favourites are dinosaurs.
She will require constant supervision and monitoring during her playtime activities as, due to her condition, she can become fatigued quickly and is prone to collapsing.
Her night-time routine can vary depending on how she has been throughout the day but generally, she is settled and sleeps well but may require interventions throughout the night.
We require an experienced Nurse who can continuously care for her personal needs along with her complex and clinical requirements, whilst also ensuring that her emotional needs are appropriately met.
She has a specialist Diabetes care team who will carry out bespoke training with successful applicants to effectively manage her condition.
The ideal applicant will hold a valid NMC PIN and have experience in either children's or adults nursing and can evidence hands-on clinical care.
