Job description

Are you looking to expand your skills and enhance your career to include providing Complex Clinical Care or do you already have Complex Care experience?

Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to support a lady with complex care needs.

We are looking for Healthcare Assistants who are committed, motivated, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our clients and their families.

Our service user lives in King s Heath and requires care on a part time basis throughout the day and night.

She enjoys gardening, reading and attending her weekly book club group meeting. She likes to get out and about in the community and especially enjoys visiting her local charity shops and grabbing a good bargain!

You will be accompanying her during her outings and will be required to drive her mobility vehicle.

Please note, applicants must hold a manual UK driving licence and be over the age of 21 for insurance purposes.

Essential Experience Required

  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling
  • Manual UK Driving Licence (over 21 years of age)

Desirable experience required

  • Spinal Injury Knowledge
  • Bowel Management

We have the following shifts available;

  • Full Time & Part Time Days - 8am - 8pm
  • Part Time Nights - 8pm - 8am
  • Includes alternate weekends
