Job description

We are expanding our team in Durham and require a large team of Support Workers who are ideally experienced with challenging behaviours.

The roles we have available will be providing support to children and young people with Complex learning difficulties and disabilities (CLDD) which can be mild, moderate, severe, or profound.

Our young clients can present range of issues and have a combination of layered needs e.g. mental health, relationships, behavioural, physical, medical, sensory, communication and cognitive.

You will have proven support / care experience and have the key attributes required such as being naturally caring, patient and understanding and ideally have experience in managing challenging behaviours.

Shifts Available

  • Full Time and Part Time
  • Days - 8am - 8pm
  • Nights - 8pm - 8am
