Job description

We are expanding our team at Apollo Home Healthcare and require experienced Healthcare Assistants to support our service users with their complex care needs.

We are looking to build a committed team to support an adult male based in Congleton.

Our service user s hobbies include observing birds, reading, and watching documentaries. He supports Newcastle United and enjoys going out for walks.

He is an intellectual individual who also spends his time watching the news and listening to the radio.

The right candidate must enjoy delivering one to one support, be motivated, committed and can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.

You would be required to help with all aspects of daily care, including moving and positioning with a hoist.

We offer full comprehensive training to support with all clinical needs but do require your invaluable care experience in additional to any future learning.

Essential Experience Required

  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling

Desirable Experience

  • Medication Administration
  • Tracheostomy Care
  • Ventilation Management
  • Gastrostomy Care (Peg Feeding)

Shifts Available

  • Full Time & Part Time
  • Days - 8am - 8pm
  • Nights - 8pm - 8am
