Job description

Are you passionate about enhancing a child or young person's everyday life?

Would you like to progress your career by working with children who require complex clinical care?

We are looking to recruit experienced Support Workers to provide care to a young baby who has complex care needs.

Our Service User lives in Colchester and requires a care team to support her throughout the night.

Your role will include but is not limited to; carrying out personal care, careful moving and handling, clinical observations and fulfilling her sensory, play and social needs when required.

This is such a fulfilling role that will give you job satisfaction by making a difference to of our service users everyday life.

Essential Experience Required

  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling

Desirable Experience

  • Knowledge of Cerebral Palsy
  • Epilepsy care / seizure management
  • Oral Suctioning

We have the following shifts available;

  • Waking Nights - 10pm - 7am
  • Full Time
