Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to support a young lady with her complex care needs.
We are looking for compassionate Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one-to-one support, and can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.
Our service user is in her late 20s and requires a full care team to assist her throughout the day on a full or part time basis.
She lives in her own home in Droitwich; and has a very supportive and loving family around her.
Socialising is a big aspect of her daily routine, and she will often enjoys accessing the community to see her friends and family. She particularly loves all things music and going to gigs are just some of the activities she enjoys doing.
As part of her dedicated care team, you will be there to support her with all aspects of her social and clinical needs.
She is very independent and likes to make her own decisions and will direct her daily routine.
Keeping her individuality and being able to voice her wants and needs is an important part of this role.
She is self-motivated and strives to keep her independence as much as possible. This is a fantastic role where you build strong relationships with our service and the team, enabling her to maximise her day to life and independence.
For this role we are looking for applicants who have a valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
