Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to support our service user with her with complex care needs.
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.
Our service user is an 8-year-old girl who lives in her family home in Newmarket.
There are pets on the property, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable around the friendly pets!
She loves social interaction and wants her care team taking part in her social activities this could be anything from accessing the community or playing games.
Our service user relies on her family and care team for all her repositioning and care needs.
Her method of communication are sounds through her valve which she has in place. It is advantageous if you have worked with a nonverbal service user before and can demonstrate how you supported their wants and needs to their best interests.
You may be required to support her with accessing her local school and supporting her development through play and interaction.
