We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user.
Meet our service user
Our service user is a 4-year-old girl who lives at home with her loving family in Gateshead and requires support with her complex care needs throughout the day on 1:1 basis.
We are looking for a dedicated team to provide personalised care that caters to the unique needs of our young service user.
She loves listening to nursery rhymes and watching TV, exploring various sensory activities, including water play, soft play, and bubbles these activities are designed to stimulate creativity and learning. Every moment is an opportunity for growth and joy!
Throughout the day you will provide support at home and accompany her to nursery. You will provide support with her personal care, moving and handling, making close observations, and attending to her clinical care needs when required.
You will assist her to enjoy her hobbies and interests, engage in her learning and development and support with social interaction to ensure her comfort and happiness.
It is essential you have a valid driving licence for this position as our service user does have an adapted mobility vehicle
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

We have the following shifts available;
Take a look at our payrates
Weekdays: £13.00 per hour (£91.00 approx. per 7-hour shift)
Weekends: £14.00 per hour (£98.00 approx. per 7-hour shift)
Bank Holiday: £16.00 per hour (£112 approx. per 7-hour shift)
