If you are an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking to expand your skills and knowledge into complex care or if you already have complex care experience, this could be the perfect job role for you!
We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants in Bootle, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own home.
Meet our service user
Our service user is a cheerful young boy who lives with his loving family in Bootle, he requires support with his complex and clinical care needs throughout the night on a 1:1 basis.
He loves the interaction with others, enjoys listening to music, stories being read to him and even having a massage, especially his feet. Throughout the year he enjoys family breaks to Butlins and would love for staff to be available to assist and join in with these.
Throughout the day you will be supporting within his educational setting, observing, and tending to his clinical needs and ensuring he is engaged with his learning.
Throughout the night you will be required to attend to his clinical care needs, support with personal care, moving & handling, repositioning, and offering comfort and reassurance when needed to promote a restful night’s sleep.

Take a look at our pay rates
Weekdays: £13.00 per hour (£104 approx. per 8-hour shift)
Weeknights: £14.00 per hour (£154 approx. per 11-hour shift)
Weekends: £15.00 per hour (£165 approx. per 11-hour shift)
Bank Holiday: £16.50 per hour (£181.50 approx. per 11-hour shift)
