We are looking for compassionate and committed healthcare assistants in Burnley, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own home.
Meet our service user
Our Service user is a very sociable young girl who lives at home with her loving family in Burnley and requires support on a 1:1 basis with her complex and clinical care needs.
She loves to spend quality time with her family, listening to nursery rhymes and watching her favourite Disney films.
She enjoys the social interaction from her family and care team, being out and about within the community especially visiting the park, and exploring various sensory activities.
Throughout the day you will provide support with personal care, moving and handling, attending to her clinical needs when required and assisting her to enjoy her hobbies and interests.
Throughout the night you will make close observations, provide personal care, repositioning and attending to her clinical care needs when required. You will provide a peaceful and safe environment to promote a restful nights sleep.
Our service user is non-verbal and communicates through sounds and touch, It is important to understand her methods of communication to ensure her needs and wants are met. Patience and understanding are key qualities for this role.
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

We have the following shifts available;
Take a look at our pay rates
Weekdays: £13.50 per hour (approx. £108 per 8-hour shift)
Weeknights £14.00 per hour (approx. £140 per 10-hour shift)
Saturday £14.00 per hour (approx. £112 per 8-hour shift)
Sunday £14.50 per hour (approx. £145 per 10-hour shift)
Bank Holiday £15.50 per hour (approx. £155 per 10-hour shift)
