We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector. While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.
You will need to be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to our service users, building positive relationships with them and their family whilst empowering them to live as independently as possible within the comfort of their own home.

Meet our service user
Our service user is a 7 year old fun loving boy who lives with his family in York and requires support on a 1:1 and 2:1 basis to support his complex care needs throughout the day and night.
He loves being outside, exploring his sensory toys and enjoys rough and tumble play. A key role for this position will be to have a passion to work with children, create a safe and inclusive environment filled with joy and excitement where he can thrive and create unforgettable memories.
Throughout the day, your role will include assisting with mobility, supporting with his personal care, and attending to his clinical care needs when required. You will ensure his safety and well-being, and assist him to enjoying his hobbies, and interests, along with various social activities.
Throughout the night you will support with personal care, repositioning, making clinical observations and attending to his clinical care needs when required. You will provide a peaceful environment to promote a restful nights sleep.
Our ideal candidate will be pet friendly as our service user does have a family pet dog at home
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience with the following:

Take a look at our pay rates
Weekdays- £15.00 per hour (Approx. £180 per 12 hour-shift)
Weeknights- £15.50 per hour (Approx. £186 per 12 hour shift)
Saturday & Sunday- £16.00 per hour (Approx. £192 per 12 hour shift)
Bank Holidays- £20.00 per hour (Approx. £240 per 12 hour shift)
