We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector. While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.
You will need to be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to our service users, building positive relationships with them and their family whilst empowering them to live as independently as possible within the comfort of their own home.
Meet our service user
Our service user is a beautiful baby girl, that is living with her family in Worksop and requires care throughout the day and night to support her complex care needs.
Our dedicated team will be committed to provide the highest level of care, tailored to her specific needs ensuring she is surrounded by a circle of support that ensures her comfort, safety, and happiness.
A key aspect of this role involves you supporting her at nursery, being vigilant to her care needs and supporting with all aspects of her care including personal care, mobility and attending to her clinical care needs when required.
You will support with engagement and interaction through exploring her favourite toys, objects and listening to her favourite music. She radiates strength, love, and an infectious zest for life that will melt your heart.
Throughout the night you will support with all aspects of her care, this includes personal care, repositioning, clinical observations and attending to her clinical care needs where required. You will offer cuddles and comfort if needed and provide a calming environment to promote a restful night’s sleep.

We have the following shifts available
Take a look at our pay rates
Weekdays: £14.00 per hour (£70.00 approx. per 5-hour shift)
Weeknights: £14.50 per hour (£145.00 approx. per 10-houir shift)
Saturday & Sundays: £15.00 per hour (£150.00 approx. per 10-hour shift)
Bank Holidays: £17.00 per hour (£170.00 approx. per 10-hour shift)
