We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector. While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.
You will need to be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to our service users, building positive relationships with them and their family whilst empowering them to live as independently as possible within the comfort of their own home.

Meet our service user
Our service user is a sociable, fun, loving girl, that is living with her family in Blackpool and requires care throughout the day and night on a 1:1 basis to support her complex care needs.
A key aspect of this role involves being vigilant to her care needs, engaging and interacting, sharing her hobbies, interests and accessing her favourite social activities. Some of her favourites do include playing with her dolls, baking, being around her friends, and having her plaited.
At home throughout the evening, you will provide support with all aspects of her care and companionship, this includes personal care, moving and handling, clinical observations and attending to her clinical care needs where required. You will be involved in our service user’s night-time routine, creating a calming environment ready for a settled night's sleep ahead.
Throughout the night you will provide support with her personal care, repositioning, clinical observations and attending to her clinical care needs when required. You will offer reassurance and comfort to promote a restful night’s sleep.
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
Our ideal candidate will be pet friendly as our service user does have a pet cat at home
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience with the following:

We have the following shifts available with the opportunity of a Permanent contract
Take a look at our pay rates
Weekdays: £16.00 per hour (£80.00 approx. per 5-hour shift)
Weeknights: £16.50 per hour (£165.00 approx. per 10-hour shift)
Saturday & Sundays: £17.00 per hour (£170.00 approx. per 10-hour shift)
Bank Holidays: £20.00 per hour (£200.00 approx. per 10-hour shift)
