We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector. While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.

Meet our service user
Our service user is a loving and resilient 5-year-old girl who is living with her family in Southport. She requires care throughout the day and night on a 1:1 basis to support her complex care needs.
Her hobbies include watching YouTube videos, cartoons and playing games on her tablet. She loves playing with interactive toys, especially musical toys where she can explore a variety of different sounds and lights. She also adores spending time with her siblings and being out and about on family day trips.
During term time your role will be to support with her morning routine at home before accompanying her to school. Here you will closely observe and tend to her clinical care needs when required, support with personal care and moving and handling requirements. Throughout day You will ensure her comfort, safety and promote social interaction.
After her school day you will accompany her back home and carry out her evening routine, this will include assisting her to enjoy her hobbies, interests and tend to her clinical care needs when required.
Throughout the night you will provide support with her personal care, moving and handling, making close observations, and attending to her clinical care needs when required. You will provide a peaceful environment to promote a restful night’s sleep offering reassurance and comfort when needed.

We have the following shifts available
Take a look at our pay rates
Weekdays: £14.00 per hour (£168 approx. per 12-hour shift)
Weeknights: £15.00 per hour (£180 approx. per 12-hour shift)
Weekends: £15.50 per hour (£186 approx. per 12-hour shift)
Bank Holidays: £17.00 per hour (£204 approx. per 12-hour shift)
