We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector. While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.
You will need to be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to our service users, building positive relationships with them and their family whilst empowering them to live as independently as possible within the comfort of their own home.
Meet our service user
Our service user is a gentleman in his 50’s who lives independently in Ashton-Under-Lyne with the support from his care team.
You will provide comprehensive day and night support for a vibrant gentleman who has complex care needs and a fantastic sense of humour.
He loves the interaction with his care team and engaging in banter with those around him. A key aspect of this role will be to offer companionship and engage in meaningful activities.
He has a passion for sport and enjoys watching all sports on T.V such as Football, boxing, UFC, and he is a massive Manchester United Fan.
Throughout the day you will provide support with all daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, mobility and attending to his clinical care needs when required. You will assist him in enjoying his hobbies, interests, and offering support for him to live a dignified, comfortable, and laughter-filled life.
Throughout the night you will provide support with his personal care, repositioning, clinical observations and attending to his clinical care needs when required. You will provide a peaceful environment to promote a restful night’s sleep.
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

We have the following shifts available;

Weekdays: £13.00 per hour (Approx. £156.00 per 12-hour shift)
Weeknights: £13.50 per hour (Approx. £162 per 12-hour shift)
Weekends: £14.00 per hour (Approx. £168 per 12-hour shift)
Bank Holidays: £17.50 per hour (Approx. £210 per 12-hour shift)
