We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector. While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.
You will need to be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to our service users, building positive relationships with them and their family whilst empowering them to live as independently as possible within the comfort of their own home.

Meet our service user
Our service user is a vibrant teenage boy who lives with his family in West Bromwich. He requires support with his complex and clinical care needs throughout the night on a 1:1 basis.
He brings joy and positivity wherever he goes and has a vibrant personality and a great sense of humour. He requires attentive and specialised care to ensure his well-being and continued development.
He loves to explore musical toys and engage in all sensory activities, exploring lights, patterns, and he particularly enjoys his light-up snow globe.
Throughout the night your role will be to provide support with his personal care, moving and handling, being vigilant to his care needs, and attending to his clinical care needs when required. You will provide a peaceful environment to promote a restful night’s sleep offering reassurance and comfort when needed.
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

We have the following shifts available
Take a look at our pay rates
Weeknights: £14.00 per hour (£140 approx. per 10-hour shift)
Weekends: £14.50 per hour (£145 approx. per 10-hour shift)
Bank Holidays: £16.00 per hour (£160 approx. per 10-hour shift)
