We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector. While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.

Meet our service user
Our service user is a beautiful little girl who is living with her family in Doncaster. She requires care throughout the day on a 1:1 basis to support her complex care needs.
She is full of joy, curiosity, and boundless energy, who loves to laugh, play, interact with others, and enjoys cuddles from her family and care team.
She loves exploring her sensory light up and musical toys, watching her favourite cartoons and spending time on her play mat.
A key aspect of this role is to offer dedicated attention with her care needs and accompany her to nursery.
You will provide support with her daily routine and tasks, provide personal care, moving and handling, make clinical observations, and attend to her clinical care needs when required. You will provide reassurance, and nurture to make a positive difference to her day-to-day life ensuring her needs are met.
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Weekdays: £13.50 per hour (£94.50 approx. per 7-hour shift)
Bank Holidays: £17.00 per hour (£119 approx. per 7-hour shift)
