About This Role

Our service user is a gentleman in his 20’s who lives in Blackburn with his family.

We provide specialist care throughout the night on a 1:1 basis to support his complex care needs.

He is a polite and sociable young man with a great sense of humour who has a good understanding of his care needs.

He loves to spend time with his family and care team, socialising with friends and spending time on his computer.

During the night, you will assist with personal care, repositioning, clinical observations, and attending to any medical requirements to ensure a peaceful night's rest.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable. Especially:

• Oxygen Administration
• Bowel management
• Working with Learning Disabilities

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK*
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.

We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
