We believe in creating a warm and inclusive environment where our young service user can thrive, and we're seeking a care team who shares our vision. Our service user is a teenage boy who lives with his family in Loughborough.

He loves spending time with his family and care team, watching his favourite TV programmes, listening to audio books and having books read to him. Our young service user thrives on love and care, creating a great connection with those around him.
Upon arrival to his home, he will already be settled down for bed and often has a restful night’s sleep with minimal interruptions. He will sometimes wake up in the early hours, but will often watch a DVD to settle down once again.
Overnight, you will offer comfort and reassurance when needed, promote a restful environment and provide close supervision and observations due to his respiratory needs. You will also carry out careful repositioning when needed, tend to his clinical interventions and ensure that his needs are met in a timely manner.
Please note, there is a family dog in the property so it is essential that you are comfortable around animals.
