We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector. While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.
You will need to be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to our service users, building positive relationships with them and their family whilst empowering them to live as independently as possible within the comfort of their own home.

Meet our service user
Our service user is a fun, loving young girl, who lives with her family in Blackpool and requires care throughout the night on a 1:1 basis to support her complex care needs.
She has a cheeky sense of humour, very sociable who loves to chat to others. She enjoys playing and exploring, baking, listening to music, spending time with her friends, and loves having hair plaited.
A key aspect of this role involves supporting all aspects of her care and being vigilant to her needs. This includes personal care, repositioning, tending to her clinical needs and carrying out regular observations.
You will sit with her throughout the night to monitor her closely, carry out frequent repositioning and tend to her personal care needs as required. Should she wake, you will offer comfort and reassurance to promote a restful environment for our service user.
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
Our ideal candidate will be pet friendly as our service user does have a pet cat at home
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience with the following:

We have the following shifts available with the opportunity of a Permanent contract
Take a look at our pay rates
Weeknights: £16.50 per hour (£165.00 approx. per 10-hour shift)
Saturday & Sundays: £17.00 per hour (£170.00 approx. per 10-hour shift)
Bank Holidays: £20.00 per hour (£200.00 approx. per 10-hour shift)
