We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector.
You will need to be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to our service users, building positive relationships with them and their family whilst empowering them to live as independently as possible within the comfort of their own home.
Meet our service user
Our service user is an interactive 5-year-old girl who lives in her loving family home in Blackburn and requires support with her complex care needs throughout the day.
She is a happy and content little girl who thrives on interaction with her family and care team, particularly when engaging in playtime activities. She loves to play with musical toys, enjoys listening to music and watching cartoons on TV, especially Mr. Bean.
She requires a Healthcare Assistant who is skilled in complex clinical care to accompany her within her educational setting, and at home.
Throughout the day you will ensure all her care needs are met, providing support with her personal care, moving and handling, being vigilant to her care needs and attending to her clinical care needs when required. You will engage through play, promote her learning and development, and ensure she has the right tools to thrive and grow.
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience with the following:

We have the following shifts available;
Take a look at our pay rates!
Weekdays: £14.00 per hour (Approx. £112.00 per 8-hour shift)
Saturdays: £14.50 per hour (Approx. £145.00 per 10-hour shift)
Sundays: £15.00 per hour (Approx. £150.00 per 10-hour shift)
Bank Holidays: £16.00 per hour (Approx. £160.00 per 10-hour shift)
