We are growing our team in Cannock and are seeking friendly and interactive Healthcare Assistants, to join us and build positive relationships with our service users and their families.
We support children & adults with long term, life limiting conditions, providing specialist, person centred care which is tailored to their individual complex care needs.
Our service users live with their loving families, at their homes in Cannock, and each require a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are committed to support their long term, ongoing care needs.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in not only attending to the clinical care requirements of our service users but also assisting them in enjoying activities they love.
You will engage in a variety of activities that are customised to suit the interests and requirements of our service users, and support them in accessing the community, going on shopping trips, and pursuing other hobbies and interests outside the home.
This rewarding role offers full time hours, across days and nights, and gives you the opportunity to build on your skills and experience, whilst delivering exceptional care and support to our service users, really making an impact on their day-to-day lives.
Essential Requirements
Our service users have specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Please note, a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is an advantage but is not required for this role.
Our pay rates start from £15.00 per hour (approx. £180 per 12-hour shift)
