We are looking for experienced and committed Care Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector. While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.

Meet our service user
Our service user is a beautiful toddler who lives with his loving family in Shrewsbury. He requires support throughout the night with his complex and clinical care needs on a 1:1 basis.
He is joyful and resilient with a zest for life, he has a bright smile and an infectious giggle that lights up the room and requires constant care and attention to ensure his health and happiness.
He loves watching CBeebies especially In the Night Garden, Teletubbies and Mr Tumble. He enjoys playing and exploring with his sensory toys particularly those that light up and make engaging sounds and music.
Throughout the night your role will be to support with his personal care, repositioning, being vigilant to his care needs and attending to his clinical care requirements when required. It is important you promote a peaceful environment, offer reassurance and comfort when needed to support a restful night’s sleep.
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

We have the following shifts available
Take a look at our pay rates
Weeknights: £13.50 per hour (£162 approx. per 12-hour shift)
Saturdays: £14.00 per hour (£168 approx. per 12-hour shift)
Sundays: £15.00 per hour (£180 approx. per 12-hour shift)
Bank Holidays: £20.00 per hour (£240 approx. per 12-hour shift)
