By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a gentleman in his 50s, in Norwich.

Our service user is a content man who lives with his wife and daughter. He loves nature, listening to music, watching cartoons, and admiring his garden Although he cannot communicate verbally, he expresses himself through nods, smiles, and thumbs up or down.

Your role? To actively engage in his rehabilitation and physiotherapy, meet his personal care needs, carry out regular observations, and manage his clinical interventions throughout the night. You’ll ensure his comfort and safety, and create a calm, soothing environment for sleep.

Please note, our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Pay Rates:

• £15.00 - £17.00 per hour
• Approx. £180.00 - £204.00 (per 12-hour day shift)
• Approx. £186.00 - £204.00 (per 12-hour night shift)

Shifts Available:

• Full Time Days: 8am - 8pm
• Part Time Nights: 8pm – 8am

Essential Experience:

• 3 months previous care experience
• Medication administration
• Personal care
• Moving and handling
• Pet Friendly
