By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team, dedicated to caring for a lady in her 70s in Northwich.

In your role, you will provide essential person-centred care to our service user and assist her to participate in her favourite hobbies and activities. Additionally, you’ll be managing her clinical interventions and tending to her care needs as they arise.

At night, you’ll assist with her bedtime routine, ensuring she feels comfortable and secure, and help create a calming environment to support a restful night’s sleep.

Please note, our service user has specifically requested female staff for their team.

Pay Rates:

• £14.50 - £17.50 per hour
• Approx. £174 - £210 (per 12-hour day shift)
• Approx. £180 - £210 (per 12-hour night shift)

Shifts Available:

• Full Time & Part Time
• Days: 8am – 8pm
• Nights: 8pm – 8am

Essential Requirements 

• 3 months previous care experience 
• Personal Care 
• Moving and Handling 
• Medication Administration 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently 
• Valid driver’s licence with access to own vehicle
