We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service user.

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a young girl in Burnley.

She loves family time and spending quality time with her siblings, and also enjoys listening to lullabies, watching Disney and exploring sensory play. During the day, she likes going to the park with her mom and carers. She is unable to communicate verbally so it is important that you take time to understand her various cues and gestures to identify her wants and needs.

Your role? To meet her personal care needs, carry out regular observations, and manage her clinical interventions throughout the night, ensuring her comfort and safety, and creating a calm environment.

Pay Rates:

• £13.50 - £15.50 per hour
• Approx. £135 - £155 (per 10-hour night shift)

Shifts Available:

• Part Time Nights (2 week rota basis)
• Week 1: 2 shifts per week
• Week 2: 3 shifts per week
• 10pm – 8am & 9pm – 7am

Essential Experience:

• 3 months previous care experience
• Medication administration
• Personal care
• Moving and handling
