By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a young boy in Birmingham.

Our service user lives in a loving home environment with his mum and younger sibling.

He loves listening to his favourite nursery rhymes on YouTube, as the familiar tunes bring him happiness and a sense of comfort.

Your role? To create a reassuring atmosphere where he feels safe and supported. Actively engage with him to ensure his safety and well-being, keeping him safe from harm. Provide support with all aspects of daily living, including meeting his personal care needs, carrying out regular observations, and manage his clinical interventions throughout the night.

Pay Rates:

• £13.50 - £14.50 per hour
• Approx. £135.00 - £145.00 per 10-hour night shift

Shifts Available:

• Full Time & Part Time Nights
• 9:30pm – 7:30am

Essential Requirements 

• 3 months previous care experience 
• Personal care 
• Moving and handling 
• Medication administration
• Experience in handling challenging behaviours.
