We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service user.

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a young man in his 20’s in Salford.
Our service user is outgoing and enjoys spending time with his family and care and exploring the community. A passionate Manchester United fan, he loves watching football, building Lego sets, playing the latest PlayStation games, and listening to rap music.
He would love to have someone who can accompany him on occasional trips and support him during holidays within the UK.
In this role, you’ll provide essential, person-centered care, manage his clinical interventions, and attend to his care needs as required. You’ll also offer companionship and encourage his participation in activities.
At night, you'll assist with his bedtime routine, provide specialised care and help create a peaceful environment for restful sleep.
