We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service user.

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a young man in his 20’s in Eccles, on a 2:1 basis.

Our service user is a friendly young man who loves spending quality time with his family, friends, and care team. He has a passion for football, is a big supporter of Arsenal, and enjoys shopping and taking local trips out into the community.

Your role? To provide specialist care, manage his clinical needs, offer companionship and support him to access the activities he loves.

Please note, our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Pay Rates:

• £13.50 - £17.00 per hour
• Approx. £162.00 - £204.00 (per 12-hour day shift)
• Approx. £168.00 - £204.00 (per 12-hour night shift)

Shifts Available:

• Part-Time Days:
• 2 shifts per week, 7am - 7pm
• Between Monday to Sunday on a rotating schedule, including alternate weekends. Weekends:
• Every Saturday and Sunday, 7am - 7pm
• Must be available to work every weekend

Essential Experience:

• 3 months previous care experience
• Medication administration
• Personal care
• Moving and handling
• Clear Communication Skills
