By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for our service user in Shepherds Bush.

Our service user is young boy who loves watching cartoons on his iPad, engaging in sensory play, and spending time outdoors. He also enjoys listening to music and interacting with others.

He is unable to communicate verbally and does so via sounds and facial expressions. It is essential that you become familiar with his methods of communication to ensure his needs are met effectively. Patience and understanding are key qualities for this role.

Your role? To support him to access the activities he enjoys, provide essential daily care and manage his clinical interventions, always ensuring his comfort and safety.

Pay Rates:

• £15.00 per hour
• Approx. £75.00 (per 5-hour shift)

Shifts Available:

• Part Time Days
• Monday to Friday – 3pm to 8pm
• Saturday to Sunday – 12pm to 5pm
• Must be available to work alternate weekends.

Essential Experience:

• 3 months previous care experience
• Medication administration
• Personal care
• Moving and handling
• Clear Communication
• Pet Friendly
