Are you currently working with children and looking for a new role?
Are you passionate about enhancing a child or young person’s everyday life?
Would you like to progress your career by working with children who require complex clinical care?
We are looking for people who have a genuine interest in working with children and young people, to support our young service users who have complex clinical care needs.
Our service user is currently residing at Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital (RMCH), and we are looking for dedicated individuals who can commit to training at the hospital to facilitate his discharge home.
He thrives on interaction and is seeking a team that can connect with him, engage effectively, and interpret his non-verbal cues. He enjoys watching “Mr. Bean” and “Monster House,” and he loves his favourite giraffe toy and playing with puppets.
Your role? To support his development, meet his personal care needs, carry out regular observations, and manage his clinical interventions throughout the night. You’ll ensure his comfort and safety, and create a calm, soothing environment for sleep.
This is a great opportunity for you to apply your valuable experience as a Childcare Practitioner and transition into a Children's Complex Care Assistant role.
We provide comprehensive training, which enables you to enhance your experience of working with children by adopting a more clinical approach. Training may include, but is not limited to:
