By joining us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a woman in her 60’s, at her home in Burntwood.

She loves to have a good laugh, and we’re looking for like-minded individuals with a great sense of humour to join her team. She also enjoys indulging in pampering sessions, whether it's getting her nails done or visiting the hairdressers.

Throughout the day, she receives specialised one-on-one care from a Healthcare Assistant. Your role will be to provide additional support as the second caregiver, assisting with personal care and moving and handling through pop in calls at various times of the day.

Please note, our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Pay Rates:

• £15.00 - £16.00 per hour
• Pro-rated pay rates apply for visits shorter than 1 hour.

Shifts Available:

• Pop In Calls
• Between Monday to Sunday (Average 6 hours 45 mins per week)
• Visits are between 7.00am - 8.15pm
• Weekdays - 1 visit per day (30 mins to 1 hour)
• Weekends: Either 3-4 short visits per day (30 minutes to 1 hour) or a single 14-hour shift (7:00am to 9:00pm).
• Must be available to cover all shifts, including every weekend

Essential Requirements 

• 3 months previous care experience 
• Personal Care 
• Moving and Handling 
• Medication Administration 
• Clear Communication Skills
• Pet Friendly
