We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service user.
Benefits of joining our team include competitive pay rates, confirmed rotas, and full clinical training. Whether you have experience in complex care or are eager to learn, we want to hear from you!
By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a 19-year-old young lady in the comfort of her home, on a 2:1 basis.
Our service user lives with her family in Daventry and enjoys engaging in a variety of activities. She loves listening to music, spending time in the garden, and going on community outings with her care team to visit local museums, and access social events such as discos. She also values her personal space and enjoys relaxing alone in her room.
She is unable to communicate her needs verbally, so it essential that you build a strong and trusting relationship with her and can interpret her non-verbal cues.
Your role? To deliver dedicated, person-centred care, manage her clinical interventions, and support her to participate in her favourite activities both at home and within the community.
Applicants must be comfortable around pets, as our service user has a cat.
This isn't just a job – it's a chance to have a significant impact on a person's life.
Please note, our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
