We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service user.

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a 19-year-old women in the comfort of her home.
Our service user lives with her family in Daventry and requires overnight support on a 2:1 basis. Therefore, we are seeking two dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join her team, covering either waking or sleeping night shifts.
You will deliver dedicated, person-centred care during the night by promoting a restful sleep environment and attending to her care needs as required. You will also manage her clinical interventions and ensure her comfort and well-being.
She is unable to communicate her needs verbally, so it essential that you build a strong and trusting relationship with her and can interpret her non-verbal cues.
Applicants must be comfortable around pets, as our service user has a cat.
