We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service user.
Benefits of joining our team include competitive pay rates, confirmed rotas, and full clinical training. Whether you have experience in complex care or are eager to learn, we want to hear from you!
By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a young boy in Gateshead.
Our service user loves being outdoors and especially enjoys going on trips to the zoo with his care team. He also loves musicals, with 'Frozen’ being one of his favourites!
He is unable to move on his own and depends completely on his care team for his transfers. In addition, he cannot express his needs verbally, so it is essential that his care team can interpret his non-verbal cues to ensure his wants and needs are met promptly.
Your role? To oversee his personal care needs, manage his clinical interventions and support him to enjoy all the activities he loves. Overnight, you’ll create a calm environment for sleep and carry out regular observations and position changes to ensure his comfort.
Please note, our service user’s parents have specifically requested female staff for their team.
This isn't just a job – it's a chance to have a significant impact on the lives of others.
