We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service users.

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a teenage boy in Bilston.

Our service user loves going on days out to the cinema and bowling, watching his favourite Disney movies and getting creative with messy play like foam, slime and painting. He also loves animals.

Your role? To meet his personal care needs, carry out regular observations, and manage his clinical interventions. Throughout the night, you will ensure his comfort and safety, and creating a calm environment.

Applicants must demonstrate hands-on experience in complex care, specifically involving respiratory care, oxygen therapy, oral suction, and severe epilepsy care including rescue medications. Ideally, this experience should have been gained while working with children.

Pay Rates:

• £13.50 - £18.00 per hour
• Approx. £162.00 - £216.00 (per 12-hour Day shift)
• Approx. £168.00 - £216.00 (per 12-hour Night shift)

Shifts Available:

• Full Time
• Days - 8:00am - 8:00pm
• Nights – 8:00pm to 8:00am
• Must be available to work alternate weekends.

Essential Experience:

• 3 months previous care experience (must include, respiratory care, oxygen therapy, oral suction, and severe epilepsy care including rescue medications).
