Job description
We are seeking committed and engaging Healthcare Assistants who have a caring nature and are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service user.

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a young man in his 20’s in Stockport.
He enjoys sensory activities and interactive experiences, with music being a big part of his daily life. He loves singing nursery rhymes and listening to familiar tunes, which make him happy and relaxed.
He likes watching TV, DVDs, and using his iPod or iPad for entertainment. Playful interaction makes him happy, and he enjoys fun, engaging moments with his care team.
In this role, you’ll provide essential, person-centered care, manage his clinical needs, and support him as needed. You’ll also offer companionship and encourage his involvement in activities to keep him engaged and fulfilled.

Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
Pay Rates:
- £13.50 - £17.50 per hour
- Approx. £162.00 - £210.00 (per 12-hour day shift)
Shifts Available
- Full Time Days
- 7.5 - 12-hour shifts between the hours of 7:15am - 9:00pm
- Alternate weekends are needed for this position
Essential Experience:
- 3 months previous care experience
- Medication administration
- Personal care
- Moving and handling
- Clear Communication Skills
- Pet Friendly
