We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service users.

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a young boy in Solihull.
Our service user loves music and singing, enjoys exploring various sensory toys and lights, and has a wonderful time playing with balloons and his floor piano. He also loves watching his favourite cartoons, especially Mr. Tumble.
Your role involves providing specialist care throughout the night, and staying attentive to his needs, which can sometimes be quite intense. You will manage his clinical interventions and create a calm environment to ensure he has a restful night’s sleep.
Please note, it is essential that you can evidence experience of working with children or young people, specifically within a healthcare setting.
