Support Worker

Location: Accrington, BB5

Pay Rate: £13.50 - £16.00 per hour

Shifts: Part Time, Nights | 12 hour shifts

Meet Our Client

A fun loving, cheeky guy who loves to have a bit of banter with his care team. He enjoys football, loves listening to music on his Alexa, and enjoys watching soaps and box sets with his mum and care team, along with a takeaway!

Your role will include offering specialised care during the night, closely monitoring his needs, remaining vigilant, and creating a calming environment to provide a restful night’s sleep.

We are seeking nurturing and engaging candidates who also have experience in managing challenging behaviours

What You’ll Need

• 3 months’ care experience
• Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
• Clear communication skills
• Comfortable around pets
• Experience of supporting challenging behaviours
