Healthcare Assistant

Location: Birmingham, B29

Pay Rate: £13.00 - £14.50 per hour

Shifts: Part Time, Days | 5-10 hour shifts

Meet Our Client

A very sociable young lady who loves accessing the community, going shopping and going for walks.

She loves spending quality time with her family, watching TV shows, listening to music, singing, reading books, and having pamper days.

She attends a specialist school full time, where she loves engaging in school activities and socialising with her friends.

On school days, you will meet at her home to assist with her morning routine, then accompany her to school. Throughout the school day, you'll be there to support her, and afterwards, you'll accompany her back home.

You’ll meet her personal care needs, carry out regular observations, manage her clinical interventions, and support her in all the activities she loves. You'll be an essential part of her daily routine, helping her thrive both at home and school.

What You’ll Need

• 3 months’ care experience
• Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
• Clear communication skills
• Experience of PEG Feeding & Oral Suctioning
