Meet Our Client

Our service user is 4 years old and lives with her parents and baby sister in Milton Keynes. She loves attending her weekly music classes and going swimming. She also enjoys listening to bedtime stories.

The role involves a mix of day and night shifts and as she’s unable to communicate most of her needs, being observant and responsive is key. Nights can be unsettled, so reassurance, patience, and creating a calm environment are essential. You’ll also support with bedtime routines, personal care, and helping her get ready for school.

What You’ll Need

• 3 months’ care experience
• Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
• Clear communication skills
