• Shifts: Part Time, Days | 15 Hours per week

We're expanding our team of Healthcare Assistants to support a young adult in their rehabilitation journey. This role involves delivering high-quality, personalised care at home, supporting with community outings, and encouraging greater independence.

What You’ll Need

• 3 months’ care experience
• Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
• Clear communication skills
