• Pay Rate: £18.00 – £25.00 per hour (equivalent to £35,100 per year, based on 3 days per week)

About the role

We are expanding our team in Gerrards Cross and the surrounding areas and are seeking caring and reliable Healthcare Assistants with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a carer and at least one years’ experience in complex and clinical care either in a hospital or in the community, either within those 3 years or in addition, preferably working with children.

If you’re based in Gerrards Cross or nearby areas such as Beaconsfield, Denham, Seer Green, Chalfont St Peter, Chalfont St Giles, Amersham, High Wycombe, Iver, Watford, or Marlow, we’d love to hear from you.

In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to clients, assisting with personal care, clinical tasks, and encouraging engagement in daily activities. Every day brings new and rewarding challenges, allowing you to make a real difference in people’s lives.

We offer flexible working options, including full-time and part-time shifts, covering days and nights. Typical shifts are 12.5 hours: 9:00am – 9:30pm or 9:00pm – 9:30am.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience, with at least one years’ experience in complex clinical care
• Experience gained within a hospital or community setting is strongly preferred
• NVQ level 3
• Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
• Clear communication skills
