Meet Our Clients

We are currently supporting young clients with complex clinical care needs across Norwich and the surrounding areas, and we are seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each client’s unique needs.

In this role, you will support and manage clinical interventions, assist with daily care routines, and help clients take part in meaningful activities such as spending time with family and friends or enjoying outings in the community.

You will also support evening and bedtime routines, providing reassurance and companionship while remaining attentive and responsive to any care needs that arise.

Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.

Both of our clients have specifically requested female care staff.

What You’ll Need

• 3 months’ care experience
• Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
• Clear communication skills
