Meet Our Client

We’re expanding our services in Derbyshire and are seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our team, supporting a young girl who lives with her family in New Mills.

She loves exploring the world and communicating in her own unique way. We’re looking for kind and patient individuals who can take the time to understand her personality, support her communication style, and help her engage with the world around her.

Her sensory needs mean that everyday routines, such as brushing her hair, can sometimes be a little tricky, so a gentle and understanding approach is essential. You’ll help her feel safe, supported, and encouraged, offering reassurance and building trust along the way.

Your role will include supporting her daily routines, carrying out personal care, assisting with mobility, and helping her to settle comfortably for the night.

Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.

Our client has specifically requested females only to join their care team.

What You’ll Need

• At least 3 months care experience
• Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
• Clear communication skills
• Drivers with access to a vehicle
