Meet Our Client

We’re currently supporting children with complex care needs in Wakefield and surrounding areas, and we’re looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to make a real difference in their lives. In this rewarding role, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each child’s needs.

This includes managing clinical interventions, assisting with daily care routines, and supporting them in meaningful activities. You’ll help children spend quality time with their family and friends, explore their community, and take part in the hobbies and activities they enjoy most.

You’ll also play an important role in bedtime routines, offering companionship, attention, and support while responding to their care needs. With our younger clients, you’ll help bring their favourite activities to life including arts and crafts, outdoor play, educational games, and sensory experiences.

What You’ll Need

• 3 months’ care experience
• Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
• Experience, or a strong understanding, of supporting children with complex care needs, including PEG feeding and tracheostomy care.
• Pet friendly
