Meet Our Client We’re looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated carers to provide high-quality 1:1 and 2:1 support for a gentleman living at home with Motor Neurone Disease (MND). This is an excellent opportunity to build your skills in complex care, supporting a client whose daily care routine includes tracheostomy and ventilator support.

You’ll assist with personal care, mobility, and daily routines, ensuring his comfort, dignity, and safety at all times. Our client enjoys watching TV and films and spending time with his much-loved French Bulldog, so a caring and personable approach is essential.

Strong communication skills are key in this role. You’ll work collaboratively with our client, his family, and the wider care team to ensure smooth handovers, consistency of care, and the timely reporting of any changes in his condition or needs.

You’ll be joining a supportive and experienced team committed to helping you develop your confidence and clinical skills in complex care. This role offers a genuine opportunity for professional growth, with full training and ongoing support provided.

What You’ll Need

• Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
• Clear communication skills
• Driving Licence preferred
